In today’s corporate environment many tools exist to monitor phone calls, emails, internet usage, view the activities on individuals computer monitor, hidden microphones, and use hidden cameras to monitor individuals physical activities. These tools are usually used for quality control and corporate security. Most people understand the need for these tools.

Some people may feel that they are under constant surveillance and this is a form of harassment.

Unfortunately, these technologies can also be used to intentionally harass individuals and induce different psychological disorders. Other individuals can constantly indirectly comment on the individual's computer and phone call activities. This not only gives the individual the impression of being under constant surveillance but also keeps part of his attention focused on the group's indirect comments. The comments are usually of a negative nature to attack the individuals self esteem. Whether or not the comments are negative or positive, they are an indirect form of communication, a form of conditioning. This is a subject that is further covered in the Psychological Manipulation (State of Constant Interrogation) page and induced psychological illness. This tactic is also used to induce paranoia.

Hypersonic Sound

Hypersonic Sound. "Think about the ability to focus sound into a crowd of people on a football field and talk only to a selected few." -- Ultrasound, beyond the hearing level, used to create audible sound.

What Are the Different Types of Brain Lesions?

Although they share a common definition -- injury or damage to tissue within the brain -- brain lesions vary greatly. Here are some common brain lesions.

Cerebral infarction: Infarction refers to death of tissue. So a cerebral infarction is a brain lesion in which a cluster of brain cells have died. Most often, this brain lesion is caused by a stroke.

The second type, cellular telephones and their associated broadcast requirements, have raised concerns about current exposures because of their increasingly widespread use. Four types of effects were originally reported in multiple studies: increased spontaneous abortion, shifts in red and white blood cell counts, increased somatic mutation rates in lymphocytes, and increased childhood, testicular, and other cancers. In addition, there is evidence of generalized increased disability rates from a variety of causes in one study and symptoms of sensitivity reactions and lenticular opacity in at least one other. These findings suggest that RF exposures are potentially carcinogenic and have other health effects. Therefore, prudent avoidance of unneeded exposures is recommended as a precautionary measure. Epidemiologic studies of occupational groups such as military users and air traffic controllers should have high priority because their exposures can be reasonably well characterized and the effects reported are suitable for epidemiologic monitoring. Additional community studies are needed.

Weaponization of Space

The RCMP used an airplane equipped with a Forward Looking Infra-Red (“FLIR”) camera to overfly properties owned by the accused. FLIR technology records images of thermal energy or heat radiating from a building. It cannot, at this stage of its development, determine the nature of the source of heat within the building or “see” through the external surfaces of a building. The RCMP were able to obtain a search warrant for the accused’s home based on the results of the FLIR image coupled with information supplied by two informants. In the house, the RCMP found a large quantity of marijuana and several guns. The accused was charged with a variety of drug and weapons offences. At trial, he unsuccessfully argued that the FLIR overflight was a violation of his right to be free from unreasonable search and seizure guaranteed by s. 8 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, and was convicted. The Court of Appeal set aside the convictions. The court found that the use of FLIR technology constituted a search of the accused’s home and, since it was done without a warrant, violated his s. 8 right. The court concluded that the evidence ought to have been excluded and the accused was acquitted on all charges.

Held: The appeal should be allowed. The FLIR overflight did not violate the accused’s constitutional right to be free from unreasonable search and seizure.

Sonic Weapons
The BBC reported in Oct 2006 on a 'mobile' sonic device which is being used in Grimsby, Hull and Lancashire and is designed to deter teenagers from lingering around shops in target areas. -- The device works by emitting an ultra-high frequency blast (around 19–20 kHz) that teenagers or people under approximately 20 are susceptible to and find uncomfortable.
