Mission

Tell Your Friends, Awareness and Prevention, for a Safer, Healthier, more Productive Environment and Society.

We provide information about workplace psychological harassment, bullying, mobbing, psychological abuse and its many forms, effects, and related issues. The information is provided to prevent people are harming themselves and others unintentionally and intentionally through psychological harassment.

Human Rights

There are many related human rights issues such as discrimination, stereotypes, sexual harassment, physical and psychological harm, and homelessness.

Workplace psychological harassment is linked to serious health issues, stress, cortisol, adrenaline, blood pressure, cardiovascular health, heart and stroke disease, acid-base imbalance, macromineral (calcium) depletion, sleep deprivation, premature aging, cancer, burnouts, depression, self confidence, self esteem, self worth, and homelessness. Workplace psychological harassment is used to get rid of targeted employees and linked to mobbing or mobbing in modern society. It is used for repression, to hide the use of homelessness as weapon, in some cases to hide the crimes that have been committed against a targeted citizen, to make the conviction of false allegations easier, and to make people suffer.

The information gives victims credibility, creates visibility, and deter perpetrators.

Suicides

The workplace is linked to suicides, burnouts, self esteem and self worth, depression, ideas of purposelessness, and suicides. Anti-Gay rhetoric is linked to hate and rejection, and suicides. Mobbing and psychological manipulation are linked to suicides, and possible homicides through influence of the mind (Killing by influence on the mind 227. Repealed, 1999, c. 5, s. 9).

Workplace Psychological Harassment, Rampages, Rage Shootings, Stereotypes

According to Marie-France Hirigoyen the intent of many emotional abusers is to systematically "destabilize" and confuse their victims (with irrational, threatening behavior that preys on the victim's fears and self-doubts), to isolate and control them and ultimately to destroy their identity, and often emotional abuse builds over a long period of time until it becomes so unbearable that victims lash out in frustration and anger aka hitting back, only to appear unstable and aggressive themselves, which could be linked to or the cause of rage shooting and rampages. Stereotypes

Stereotypes are often used to hide the cause of homelessness, rampages, and rage shootings.

"The cause of another rage shooting has been said to be "a deranged person" or "mental illness" again. Why does the news not say that the cause of the rage shooting was "an enraged person", people might ask "why was he enraged?"?". It seems to be often used as an explanation when it really isn't one."

OPPRESSION AND CENSORSHIP

Oppression

The creator and founder of the website was recently arrested and incarcerated on Feb 21, 2011 when he published a Mobbing Research article on CNN iReport. The criminal allegations were "uttering threats towards women" and involved a list of terrible crimes that included the one of Marc Lepine in Montreal Canada. In the list Marc Lepine stands out because unlike all the others that are linked to financial loss and homelessness his is the only one that has a suicide letter that states that this is not the cause as if Marc Lepine knew the cause of others or as if someone else wrote his suicide note in attempts to hide the cause. During the period of time that Marc Lepine committed his terrible crime the media focused on his Arab father while sociologists focused on homelessness. It is possible that a stereotypes was used in attempts to hide the cause, the use of homelessness as a weapon.

During the proceedings non-criminal responsibility before trial assessment order, which Supreme Court judges link to discrimination and must be made at the end of trial in R v Swain, and if successful would circumvent charter of rights and freedom violations, the right to a trial, search of a dwelling home without a warrant, the seizure of private computers without a warrant, the freedom of expression, and make the unlawful seizure of personal computers legal too was granted to the prosecutors following a Police demand that the founder remain incarcerated for a psychological evaluation. During the long and delayed criminal proceedings the founder claims he was assaulted with powerful radar aimed at his shin bone, to inflict bone marrow damage, the lungs, and testicles from neighboring homes, public places, and at the court house too. During these proceedings criminal harassment participants repetitively made threats linked to psychiatric intervention that leads to incarceration for taking protection measures against these assaults and that if he defended himself in court he would lose his means of subsistence. He gave the Crown the published Mobbing Research article within the first month of the proceedings and was acquitted on June 4, 2012 after sixteen months.

The Canadian regime is using both homelessness to repress targeted citizens, similar to other modern countries, and also using energy assault weapons, powerful radar to assault citizens in their own homes from neighboring homes, public places, and court house, which are combined with police allegations and assessment orders before trial 672.12 (1)(3), and prevent citizens from addressing their rights in court or criminal code laws that violate the charter of rights and freedoms.

Censorship

The Canadian News Media never reported the criminal allegations and the obvious Freedom of Expression violation, which was also dismissed at trial on June 4, 2012, and have never mentioned this world leading website.

Our Facebook page has been deleted twice with all of its fans, a few hundred in both cases, and now information posts, which generates interest and fans are censored from other users so the page is a stagnant 40+.

Some reports that show the website, Psychological Harassment, and the medical knowledge used to inflict physical harm through psychological harassment and criminal harassment, the use of threats and adrenaline linked to a macromineral depletion strategy and acid-base disorders or imbalance are sometimes censored on CNN iReport.
